In this talk I give you a flavor of what Free-Beingness is like, and let you know what this Podcast site is going to attempt to do.

I explain why the attainment of Free-Beingness is utterly simple, and why it cannot be otherwise. It is that Pure Awareness is utterly simple, and is always already there inside you. I show you how you get there and how it unfolds spontaneously in your life.
Here I talk about the experiences and realizations that led me to knowing that real, true freedom was only to be found in the body, beyond the body. I illustrate what that means and give you an idea of what the experience is like.
This is a free-form induction into the actual realization of Free-Beingness, as well as a direct example of exactly what Free-Beingness is. Get on board and come for the ride!
Note: Going through this induction and the next two inductions in a cylce that you repeat over and over again (i.e. #4, then #5, then #6, then repeat) will take you more and more deeply into the realization experience (or ramp up that experience, for students whom I have personally guided into it.) Try it!
This is an even deeper induction into Free-Beingness that takes you beyond where the first induction went. Come along for an even deeper ride!
This induction builds on the two previous ones, to take you deep beyond deep, and full beyond full - that which Free-Beingness really is!

How the effects of the Free-Beingness realization unfold in your ordinary everyday life, and what you need to do in order for this to happen more quickly and fully.
Free-Beingness is a completely new human developmental level. I give you some background on developmental levels and then show what characterizes this new level.
There is a normal transition phase between developmental levels. I tell you what this entails for the move into Free-Beingness.
The analogy of an “inner sun” illustrates how Free-Beingness unfolds in your life, from first awakening to fully living it. This gives you a better idea of the stages of awakening.
Because Pure Awareness (the inner silence) is aways already there (inherent to your very process of expriencing) there is no path for getting there. The only way to awaken to it is to just fall into it, and this is what I guide you into. Here I show you what is involved in this and how it works.
Awakening to Free-Beingness is a totally spontaneous realization that can have no path to get there. However, this does not mean that the awakening cannot be induced. I show you how this happens.
How desire is an essential part of what brings Free-Beingness out into your ordinary everyday life, and why passion for life is needed in order to get the transition happening.
How power, control and focus are not bad things, but actually are necessary to bring you into the dynamic engagned activity that unfolds Free-Beingness into your outer life.
How surrender brings you to a childlike state of delight, fun and spontaneous creative play, and how surrender naturaly unfolds right in and from the Free-Beingness induction, without effort.
Even though Free-Beingness gives you an opening that is so big and so far-reaching that it could be said that it is “beyond enlightenment” (see my next talk), it is totally integrated into your ordinary everyday normal existence right from the very beginning. Because of this integration into normality, it is in fact “nothing special.”
All other descriptions of enlightenment experiences or awakening realizations reveal that those teachings fall short of giving you the true and full freedom that Free-Beingness gives you. Free-Beingness also results in an incredible explosion of spontaneous creativity, which is not even hinted at in other enlightenment teachings. I explain all of this in this talk.
The importance of noticing results of the inner awakening in your everyday life, and how this helps in the transition to fully living Free-Beingness.
The transition to fully living Free-Beingness is a huge change in all aspects of your life. But this takes place through a simple (but big) shift, not a process. As the “inner sun” of Pure Awareness comes out into your life more and more, old patterns from the previous level simply fall away and disappear. There is no process to get there, just the activation of an entirely new, separate system. In this talk, I show you how this happens.
Explains how we go back and forth between the new way of functioning that is Free-Beingness, and our old ways, during the transition period, and how this is perfectly natural and to be expected.
When I talk about Free-Beingness being embodied, this means a dynamic flow of your inner being into your bodily experience. It does not come about through the body as an object but through your body as a living engagement in life, where you follow your natural desires and passions. This kind of dynamic engagement in life alone will bring you into experiencing the deep Bliss Of Peace as a bodily experience.
I induct you here into the deep quiet bliss that is at the deepest part of your being. This builds on the ealier inductions, so be sure that you have gone through those first.
Real bliss, the Bliss Of Peace, is a very quiet experience, not a kind of stimulation, as is commonly thought. It exists at the most quiet place where experience first arises from Pure Awareness. When you are awakened to Free-Beingness, this quiet bliss starts to come out and suffuse all your outwared actions and experiences.
The true experience of Pure Awareness is actually beyond all possible experiences. It is utter emptiness - not in an emotional or mental sense, but experientially, as no-thing-ness. It is the “hole in the universe” that we go through into beyond the beyond. This is not mystical, but an actual tangible experience. I talk about it and bring you into it. Being there in that is the experience of complete and utter freedom.
